(TRAINING SCHEDULE RELEASED ON TEAM SOCIAL MEDIA)
Strength training is vital to the overall success of each student-athlete.A Players health is priority. THEIR MENTAL & PHYSICAL ABILITY TO PERFORM IN ADVERSE CONDITIONS IS A SAFETY MATTER & DEMANDS TO BE TREATED AS SUCH. Injuries happen when athletes jump back into competition without proper conditioning. Offseason training helps strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and correct imbalances, reducing the risk of injuries. Allowing them to play with confidence
Each player will be pushed to maximize their individual potential. Make yourself able to compete with athletes from around all states not just Wicomico County.

The football season is our harvest for the moment of truth—game performances reveal whether offseason preparation was effective. The success of our harvest is determined by the work done in the months prior, a football team’s success is shaped by the preparation, effort, and discipline instilled before and during the season.
