Summer Lifting/Training/Conditioning


Summer Football Training will begin on Monday, June 17th, 2019.  Times and days are as follows:

*Please Note:  ATTENDANCE IS THE SUMMER TIME IS COUNTED TOWARD JERSEY SELECTION.  i.e. - don't show up the first day of August practice and tell me you are requesting to wear #1 when you haven't been to a single training all off-season.  Training with an outside agency will count, BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE COMMUNICATION OF THIS.
There are ONLY 30 workouts in the summer.  Make EVERYDAY COUNT. 
Gym closed on July 2nd and July 6th.
Days Drop off: Workout: Pickup:
Monday 7:00 a.m. 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday 7:00 a.m. 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Wednesday 7:00 a.m. 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Thursday 7:00 a.m. 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
Skills Conditioning (meet in the weight room)
4:30 p.m. 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m.
Picture
  • Essential items:  Tennis shoes, sweatpants/shorts, sweatshirt (hooded preferred), extra t-shirts.
  • Lifting will be held in the PHS Weight Room.  Pickup out back of PHS near Green House - no later than 11:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m.
  • Players need to bring with them an extra workout bag.  It should be small enough that they can store it in their school lockers. 
  • Bring a Bottle of Water
  • We are working on an incentive plan for the boys, so if they have plain white t-shirts please have them bring those to lift in (Walmart approx. $7.67 a 3-pack.)  We would also like for them to workout in school colors.  NO reds/blues/yellows/aqua/pinks, etc. - you get the picture.​
