    Kids- Sydney Shannon and Brooklin Westhoff
    Coaching- 4th year coach at PHS. 7 years one on one training with Defensive backs and wide receivers through “one more rep” speed strength and conditioning.
   Played Football and Baseball at Urbana university in Ohio before transferring to Eastern Kentucky university. 
Played High School Football, Baseball, and Basketball at Boone County High School in Northern Kentucky.
