Parent/New Player Information 

NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM
All incoming 9th graders, transfers, and new players must complete the team registration.

SEASON KICK OFF MEETING: 
Held the first week of August. It is mandatory that all Players and Parents/Guardians be present as we provide the calendar and other items that are vital to preparing for the upcoming season and allow everyone to transition smoothly without limitations.

The MANDATORY Football Season Kickoff Meeting will be held on: 
  • Date: Wednesday August 2nd
  • Time:  6:00pm
  • Where: Parkside High School in the auditorium
All participants must complete the following before they can begin participation. The following documents must be handed in and completed as soon as possible.
  1. Updated Physical (Dated after June 1st,2026)
  2. Form Releaf must be completed- Players must select "Football"
​Mandatory items needed before football camp starts in August.
  • Mouth guard (needs to be fitted to the mouth)
  • Football Cleats(Contact coaches for support or questions)
  • Athletic basketball or running shoes( Required at all team lift sessions and indoor practices)
  • Black, Green, Grey, or White shorts for practices.
  • Bag for extra clothes

Parkside Football Team Rules
1.Take care of your teammates.
2.The Parkside High School code of conduct always applies.
3.Each player must always maintain sufficient academic and disciplinary standing.
4.Infractions involving alcohol or drugs are grounds for dismissal from the team.
5.Disrespect or defiance of authority toward any coach, faculty member, or administrator is grounds for dismissal from the team.
6.Stealing is grounds for dismissal from the team.
7.Social media posts with anything illegal, posts about the team, teammates, or the school in a negative light, is grounds for dismissal from the team. 
8.Assistant Coaches will not discuss matters concerning playing time or strategy with parents under any circumstances.  If a player has an issue, he should address the head coach.
*Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed by the coaching staff before final decisions regarding playing time or dismissals are made.
